What are cookies?

Cookies are small files stored on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies, such as local storage and pixels, may serve comparable purposes. OpenAgents uses these technologies to operate the website, remember choices and, when enabled, understand how visitors use the public site.

This policy complements our Privacy Policy and explains the categories used on openagents.io.

Categories we use

  • Strictly necessary: session, security, routing and consent information required to provide the website and keep it safe. These technologies cannot generally be disabled through our consent banner.
  • Preferences: information that remembers language, display or consent choices when those features are available.
  • Analytics: if configured and accepted, Google Analytics may collect page views, events, approximate technical information and visit data so we can measure and improve the public website. Analytics is optional.

Third-party technologies

Some functions may be provided by third parties, such as analytics, embedded content, authentication or scheduling links. Those providers may set their own cookies or similar technologies subject to their policies. OpenAgents does not use cookies to sell personal information or Google Calendar data for advertising.

The OpenAgents application may use separate authentication and session technologies from this public website. Calendar OAuth tokens are not cookies; they are handled as integration credentials under the Privacy Policy.

Your choices

You can accept or reject optional analytics through the consent controls shown on the website. You can also delete or block cookies through your browser settings. Disabling strictly necessary cookies may prevent parts of the website from working correctly.
